How to identify your key code
- The code is stamped on the face of the lock cylinder, on the barrel of the original key, or on a paper tag supplied with the machine.
- Codes are short alphanumeric sequences. Leading zeros are part of the code: 0802 and 802 are not always the same key.
- If the lock has been replaced by a previous operator, the code on the cabinet paperwork may no longer match the lock that is fitted. Always read the code off the lock itself.
- If you cannot find a code, send us a clear photograph of the lock face and we will tell you whether we can match it.
