What to check before ordering
- Touch or non-touch. The same cabinet is often built in both versions. A non-touch panel will fit the opening but the iDeck or main screen will not respond. Every listing states which one it is.
- Screen size and aspect. 19 in, 21.5 in, 22 in, 23 in, 24 in, 27 in, 32 in and 43 in are the common sizes, in flat, slant, curved and portrait formats.
- Panel manufacturer. Kortek, Tovis, Effinet, Innolux, Wells Gardner and Suzohapp build panels for several cabinet makers, so the panel part number matters more than the cabinet brand.
- Carriage, frame and bracket. Some monitors ship as a bare panel and others as a complete assembly. Each listing says what is included.
Compatibility
Cabinet revisions differ between operators and the same model may have shipped with more than one panel. Read the part number from the back of your existing monitor and send it to us, or send a photograph of the label, and we will confirm the match before you order.
Condition
Used monitors are bench-checked before listing. Dimensions and weight are published on every product page so you can plan freight on the larger sizes.
